CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to shape workforce planning through data-driven forecasting across staffing and capacity. You will transform multi-source data into actionable inputs and partner with operations and finance to support decision making.

Two focus areas are available: Data Engineering & Architecture or BI & Analytics. Remote work is supported, with emphasis on SQL, Python, and KPI development to empower planners and leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, data engineering, BI, or forecasting experience
• Advanced SQL skills for large datasets
• Experience turning data into decisions for business partners
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline

Responsabilités

• Turn messy, multi-source data into planning inputs for the business
• Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to understand decision needs
• Build tooling and data products for planners to answer questions
• Measure forecast accuracy, capacity use, and cost per prescription with rigor
