Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support Workforce Planning by turning multi-source data into actionable planning inputs. You will partner with operations, finance, and leaders to understand decision needs and build tools for planners to answer questions.

The role offers two focus tracks in data engineering/architecture or business intelligence/analytics, with remote work and up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics, data engineering, BI, or forecasting experience.
Advanced SQL skills — write, tune, and debug queries against large datasets.
Experience turning data into decisions for business partners.
Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline.

Responsibilities

Turn multi-source operational data into planning inputs the business can act on.
Partner with operations, finance, and leaders to understand decision needs.
Build tooling and data products for planners to answer questions.
Measure forecast accuracy, capacity use, and cost per prescription with rigor.
