Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Analyst, Data to lead complex analytical initiatives and design reliable data solutions. You will partner with stakeholders, translate problems into scalable analytics, and deliver trusted datasets and actionable recommendations.

The role requires deep SQL expertise, data modeling, and experience developing Power BI reports and governed datasets to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative/healthcare/IT field required.
• 5 years of data analysis or analytics experience in a production environment required.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with window functions, temp tables, stored procedures, and validation.
• Experience leading complex analytical projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience using SSMS/SQL Server-based analytics environments to develop and optimize solutions.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and reporting controls.
• Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytical projects from problem definition to delivery.
• Translate business questions into analytical plans and reusable reporting logic.
• Design, maintain, and optimize SQL-based datasets, views, and reporting workflows.
• Write and review advanced SQL with complex joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Analyze diverse datasets (claims, member, provider, financials) to identify risks and opportunities.
• Serve as SME for datasets, metrics, and reporting processes; advise on methodology.
