Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience analyzing financial statements, credit data and risk indicators to make sound credit decisions.
• Demonstrated success balancing risk management with commercial objectives while delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to explain complex credit decisions and negotiate terms.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently in a dynamic environment.
