Pennylane SAS is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Science & Analytics team focused on Acquisition. You will leverage data to drive growth, partner with Sales & Operations leaders, and promote data‑driven decision making across the company.

You will work with Python, Redshift, and DBT, contributing to the data warehouse and shaping analytics strategy while collaborating across domains in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in scale‑up environments.
• Strong SQL skills, DBT experience, and data visualization tooling proficiency.
• Excellent business acumen and trusted partner to stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to grow the business or improve processes through data.
• Act as a sparring partner for Sales & Operations leaders with data‑driven insights.
• Drive self‑service analytics and promote a data‑driven culture across teams.
• Contribute to shaping the Data Warehouse models using dbt and collaborate on the data platform.
