Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team in Atlanta. You will partner with marketing, data, and finance teams to deliver scalable data solutions and actionable insights that drive growth across global campaigns.

You will design data pipelines, maintain data integrity, and build advanced dashboards in Power BI to empower executives with clear performance metrics and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with CRM/BI tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Marketo, CDPs, GA4, and similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business-ready data solutions for marketing and enterprise data teams.
• Shape and optimize marketing strategies using data-driven insights.
• Maintain and optimize marketing data infrastructure for analytics and reporting.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines to support marketing initiatives.
• Build advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI for stakeholders and executives.
• Support ad hoc analyses, executive scorecards, and MBR/QBR reporting.
