You will own analytics projects that optimize customer value, retention and revenue across the existing portfolio. Responsibilities include building segmentation, predictive models and test-and-learn programs, plus developing automated Python- and SQL-based workflows for data prep, modeling and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience optimizing customer value, cross-sell, retention and engagement.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data prep and model building.
• Experience designing test-and-learn frameworks and guiding decisions with results.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Use analytics to identify opportunities to increase customer value, product adoption and revenue.
• Design segmentation, strategies and predictive models for cross-selling and retention.
• Analyze transactional/financial data and source data to improve propensity and dormancy models.
• Partner with Service/Relationship teams to map customer journeys and translate insights into strategies.
• Develop Python- and SQL-based workflows for data prep, modeling, and campaign measurement.
