Job summary

1Password is seeking a Director of Product, AI Growth, to own growth for our AI opportunities and target enterprise customers. You will lead the go‑to‑market strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, and partnerships, and drive adoption across a fast paced organization.

You will test hypotheses with customers, data, and market input, summarize learnings, and scale successful patterns through the partner ecosystem and field teams. Remote-friendly across US/Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with revenue/adoption targets.
• Experience owning strategy for new product areas or markets.
• Proven track record with enterprise customers on technical deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own growth thesis for AI opportunities and define target segments.
• Lead hypotheses testing with customer feedback, data, and partners.
• Run weekly reviews to align customer voice, feedback, and telemetry with roadmaps.
• Drive blockers to resolution with product teams and GTM partners.
