1Password is looking for a Senior Commercial Deal Desk Analyst to build and scale our Commercial Deal Desk within Revenue Operations. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and cross‑functional teams on complex SaaS deals, developing clear processes, guidance, and tools that help teams move faster with confidence.

This remote role is based in North America (US or Canada) and reports to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM and CPQ/Revenue Cloud experience.
• Deep understanding of ARR, multi-year agreements, renewals, co-terms.
• Ability to design and improve deal processes and policies.
• Strong business judgment balancing customer needs with pricing discipline.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience using AI, automation, or workflow tools in CPQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Managers, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on complex, non-standard deals.
• Advise on deal structure, pricing, terms, discounting, approvals, amendments, renewals, co-terms and bundles.
• Review and execute deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
• Build the foundations of the Commercial Deal Desk, including intake processes and discount governance.
• Create playbooks, training materials, and office hours to guide sales through processes.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve CPQ workflows with technical teams.
• Use deal data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive efficient growth.
