Job summary

Finom is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Lifecycle to own measurement and experiments for activation and retention of customers. You will define metrics, design tests, and decide actions based on results, influencing CRM campaigns, onboarding changes, and next-best-action strategies.

You will build segmentation, propensity, churn models and automate dashboards, using Databricks and Braze integrations. You will own the measurement and drive data-informed decisions across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python with a Git-based data warehouse workflow.
• Experience in experiment design, statistics and metric design.
• BI experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business sense.
• Curiosity, ownership and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation and retention analyses to define metrics and signals.
• Design and analyse end-to-end experiments with clear readouts.
• Adjust for channel bias; apply causal inference when needed.
• Propose new hypotheses and run experiments across onboarding.
• Build segmentation, propensity, churn models for targeting.
• Automate recurring tasks: dashboards, data pipelines, and readouts.
