beehiiv, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to apply a rigorous, data-driven approach within the Growth team. You will drive insights that optimize paid channels, user journeys, activation, retention, and churn reduction.

You will collaborate with Growth and Product to surface friction points, uncover opportunities, and inform actionable strategies. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Growth/Marketing/Data Analytics at SaaS or high-growth tech firms, with strong SQL, BI tool experience, and a

• 6+ years of experience in Growth/Marketing/Data analytics in SaaS or high-growth tech
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker/Tableau/Mode
• Experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing)
• Experience with ETL processes
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment)

Responsabilidades

• Full-time ad network analysis, with reporting on and advising on performance and opportunities for optimization
• Develop and maintain experiments (A/B tests, feature flagging) to measure impact
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to improve tracking, instrumentation, and data quality
• Policing tracking and ensuring coverage across releases and fostering self-serve analytics culture
