Job summary

Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst who treats data as the heartbeat of a P&L.

You will own revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting across brands and channels, bridging finance with data engineering and business partners. As a Financial Data Master, you will reconcile transactions from Stripe, Shopify Payments, Amazon to bank deposits, ensure data integrity, and build dashboards in Sigma to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of data analysis experience supporting finance.
• Forecasting experience using SQL, spreadsheets or BI tools.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition, COGS and margin metrics.

Responsibilities

• Forecast revenue, orders, renewals, and expenses by brand and channel.
• Provide revenue reporting; analyze gross vs net sales, discounts, COGS, margins.
• Reconcile data across Stripe, Shopify, Amazon, banks and QuickBooks.
• Build dashboards in Sigma and perform data transformation for leadership.
