Job summary

Aritzia’s Digital Technology team seeks a Senior Data Analyst / Data Analyst to transform customer and program data into actionable insights. You’ll partner with leaders, apply measurement strategies, and use analytics to support customer acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.

Role emphasizes diagnostics, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, and communicating findings via dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions and enhance customer experiences. Onsite in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in SQL.
• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Python.
• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in R or related statistical analysis and tools.
• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to produce actionable business insights.
• Commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic opportunities across client acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation, and innovate in support of those areas.
• Define measurement strategies to quantify performance across customer programs and compare current outcomes against a hindsight benchmark.
• Generate actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior using diagnostics, correlations, and hypothesis testing to support business growth and improve customer experience.
• Visualize and communicate data and analytics clearly and accurately through reports, dashboards, and presentations to maximize strategic decisions.
