Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Customer to partner with product and engineering teams, building insights that improve support experiences. You will model complex scenarios, own dashboards, and drive measurable outcomes across the customer journey.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advanced analytics, and hands-on data storytelling with SQL, Tableau, and experimentation. Hybrid onsite schedule applies in Seattle area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in an analytics role.
• Experience modeling complex scenarios with data and estimating impact.
• Experience managing analytics projects from creation to delivery.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar tools.
• Fluency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with statistical experimentation methods, such as A/B testing.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, and/or ChatGPT) to accelerate problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and measure success of customer support experiences.
• Partner with Product and Program Managers to generate insights and analyses.
• Effectively communicate metrics, commentary, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple strategic analytics initiatives with deadlines and impact.
