Job summary
Aritzia in Seattle seeks a Senior Delivery Lead/Delivery Lead to drive scalable, cross-functional technology delivery across Digital Technology and the Enterprise. You will partner with product squads, translate roadmaps into plans, and coach teams to accelerate delivery while upholding quality and value.
You will guide end-to-end delivery, manage risks, dependencies and budgets with Finance and Procurement, and mentor high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia.
Qualifications
- Proven and best-in-class skills in delivering digital technology initiatives.
- Experience with Agile Scrum, Kanban, SAFe frameworks.
- Strong ownership and autonomy in driving initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and align cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication across leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Establish an enduring Delivery strategy to enable scale, quality, and value.
- Prioritize and sequence work across multiple squads based on business priorities.
- Translate roadmaps into effort estimates and headcount requirements.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and coach cross-functional squads with standard delivery practices.
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-technology deliverables and deployment strategies.
- Ensure high quality products and features are delivered on time.
- Manage project status, risks, and issues to executives and teams.
- Oversee vendors, contracts, and budgets with Finance and Procurement.
