Job summary

Alo in Beverly Hills is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to translate data into strategic business actions. You will partner with stakeholders across e-commerce, marketing, and product lifecycle to define success metrics, guide decisions, and drive growth with data-driven insights.

You will mentor junior analysts, build scalable dashboards with Tableau and ThoughtSpot, and collaborate with AI teams to apply generative AI for faster insights. This role anchors analytics at the Senior Director level.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data analytics experience shaping business strategy in high-growth e-commerce or digitally enabled retail environments.
• Minimum of 2 years managing and developing junior team members.
• Strong e-commerce domain expertise: funnel optimization, omnichannel performance, customer segmentation, merchandising analytics.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence, with datastorytelling to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R; solid statistics and datamodeling fundamentals.
• Experience collaborating with Data Science teams on predictive models (forecasting, churn, LTV) and AI in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define success metrics and guide decision-making across e-commerce, retail, marketing, and product lifecycle.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.
• Design and lead high-impact A/B and multivariate tests.
• Build and scale dashboards and automated reporting for data democratization.
• Ensure data quality and collaborate with Data Engineering on end-to-end data validation.
