Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into strategic insights that guide product, finance, marketing, and operations. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable findings and partner with leaders to drive smarter decisions, shaping pricing, engagement, and retention strategies.

You'll build dashboards, analyze member behavior, and collaborate with Finance to forecast financial impact.

Qualifications

MBA with focus in analytics, strategy or related quantitative field.
7+ years in data analytics with proven business impact.
Advanced SQL and programming knowledge (Python/Java/Scala/C++).
Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake).
Proficiency in BI tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytics projects informing key business and product strategies.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate questions into analytical frameworks.
Deliver data-driven insights to influence decisions across the organization.
Design and maintain dashboards, models, and datasets for self-serve analytics.
Identify data quality issues across source systems and resolve them.
