Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Data Analyst for Customer Analytics to own analytics workstreams end-to-end, design KPI frameworks, and build dashboards across multiple data sources for government clients. You will mentor junior analysts, drive data quality and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, advanced SQL and BI skills, and engagement in Agile ceremonies within a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics or related role.
• Ownership of analytics workstreams and reporting.
• Experience with at least one major BI platform.
• Strong communication with senior and technical stakeholders.
• Experience across digital channels (email, web, forms, surveys).
• Mentoring or coaching junior analysts.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics tools and governance.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics workstreams for GXG customer engagements.
• Design measurement frameworks with KPIs and performance benchmarks.
• Develop dashboards integrating data from multiple sources.
• Manage data accuracy, governance, and reporting outputs.
• Define analytics standards and act as SME for the team.
• Make independent analytical decisions without managerial approvals.
• Mentor junior analysts in SQL, visuals, and strategy.
• Improve data quality and preventive controls across reporting systems.
