Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead analytics engineering and data architecture for GXG, supporting federal, state, and local government clients.

You will design scalable, standardized data models, govern analytics practices, and mentor teams while solving complex data challenges with cross‑functional stakeholders. This remote‑first role requires deep technical expertise and government domain experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or BI in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to define and govern analytics engineering standards with enterprise-level impact.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engineering and analytics-ready data architecture across GXG for government clients.
• Design and maintain reliable, standardized data models and transformation logic.
• Own the analytics-engineering layer for Granicus’ advanced analytics platform.
• Lead complex data integrations and technical decision-making for client delivery.
• Drive reusable integration patterns and documentation to support scalable delivery.
