Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Data Analyst, Customer Analytics, within the Granicus Experience Group (GXG). You will own analytics workstreams that drive government program performance, optimize digital communications, and provide measurable outcomes.

You will design dashboards, ensure data quality, and mentor junior analysts in SQL and visualization. Remote-first, United States-based role with collaboration across government clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of analytics workstreams and reporting infrastructure.
• Ability to define KPIs and measurement strategies for digital programs.
• Experience presenting to government or enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics workstreams for GXG engagements.
• Design and maintain measurement frameworks and dashboards.
• Own data quality and governance for reporting outputs.
• Mentor junior analysts in SQL, visualization, and analytics best practices.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and analytics delivery milestones.
