Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Data Analyst, Customer Analytics to join GXG, Granicus' in-house digital agency. You will own the design, delivery, and improvement of analytics workstreams for government clients, defining KPIs, dashboards, and data governance while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
• Ownership of analytics workstreams end-to-end with demonstrated impact.
• Experience presenting to government clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-channel measurement and digital analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics workstreams for government engagements.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and dashboards across channels.
• Own data accuracy, governance, and reporting outputs.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to SOPs and playbooks.
