RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn platform data into clear, trustworthy answers and document it so others can reuse the work. You will sit close to the data platform and its consumers, analyzing data to drive decisions while writing the queries, definitions, and guides that make self-service work.

This role blends deep analytical work with strong technical writing. You will document data sources, metrics, and how-to guidance and use AI as a normal part of the job to raise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis or BI delivering impactful analysis.
• Strong SQL — query, join, and model data in a cloud warehouse; Python is a plus.
• Data platform fluency — understand modern cloud data architectures and pipelines.
• Technical writing skills — clear data dictionaries, definitions, and runbooks.
• Rigor and clarity — validate numbers and explain assumptions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis that drives decisions by modeling data and producing clear findings.
• Be the go-to expert on the platform's data; answer questions about data meaning and usage.
• Own metrics and definitions; maintain consistency across the platform.
• Write technical documentation for data sources, schemas, and query patterns.
• Enable self-service by building reusable queries, dashboards, and how-to guides.
• Profile data quality; flag anomalies and coordinate with data engineering to fix issues.
• Bridge consumer needs to platform feedback and onboard teams to new data.
