RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn platform data into clear, trustworthy answers and document it so others can reuse the work. You will sit close to the platform, analyzing data to drive decisions while writing queries, definitions, and guides that make the platform easier to use.

This role blends deep analytical work with strong technical writing. You will use AI as a normal part of the job, and share what works with the team while enabling self-service for other teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis delivering decision-shaping insights.
• Strong SQL querying in a cloud data warehouse.
• Understanding of data modeling, pipelines, and data quality.
• Excellent technical writing with data dictionaries and runbooks.
• US work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis that informs decisions and create clear findings.
• Own metrics, definitions, and maintain consistency across the platform.
• Write technical documentation for data sources, schemas, and queries.
• Build reusable queries and dashboards to enable self-service.
• Profile data quality and partner with data engineering to resolve issues.
• Translate consumer needs into platform feedback and onboard teams.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, reduce effort, and document results.
