Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own two connected sides of a cloud-native data platform: data sourcing and the experience of internal teams who consume it.

You will define data contracts, decide which sources to onboard, and partner with data engineering on connectors, schemas, and SLAs. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, adoption metrics, and AI-forward delivery to accelerate work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with data/platform/infrastructure/API focus serving internal or technical users.
• Data platform fluency with pipelines, warehouses/lakes, schemas, data quality and governance.
• Cloud-native context with modern cloud data stacks and trade-offs.
• Internal-customer orientation treating internal teams as customers and driving adoption.
• Ability to turn cross-team requests into a clear, defensible roadmap.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders; AI tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Data sourcing strategy: prioritize and manage the pipeline of internal and third-party data sources to onboard; decide what gets ingested and in what order.
• Source onboarding: define intake process for new sources, from evaluation through ingestion, validation and go-live; partner with data engineering on connectors, schemas, and SLAs.
• Data contracts & standards: establish schema, freshness, quality, and metadata standards; govern changes without breaking consumers.
• Consumer management: manage relationships with internal teams; run intake, maintain prioritization, and feedback loop.
• Adoption & reliability: define and track metrics like source coverage, data freshness/quality, and time-to-onboard a new consumer.
• Roadmap & stakeholders: maintain platform roadmap, communicate trade-offs and timelines; align sourcing investments with team priorities.
• AI-forward delivery: use AI tools to accelerate evaluation, documentation, and consumer support.
