Job summary

RealPage is building a cloud-native data platform to ingest, govern, and serve data for product and analytics teams. As Senior Product Manager, you will own data sourcing and the experience of internal consumers, shaping onboarding, contracts, and platform standards to ensure trustworthy data.

You will translate cross-functional needs into a roadmap, measure adoption and data quality, and drive AI-assisted workflows across the platform and its teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with data/platform focus.
• Ability to discuss data pipelines, schemas, and governance with engineers.
• Experience serving internal or technical users as customers.
• Strong communication and roadmap prioritization under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own data sourcing strategy and onboarding priorities.
• Define data contracts, schemas, freshness, and governance.
• Manage relationships with internal platform consumers and stakeholders.
• Track adoption, data quality, and time-to-onboard measures.
• Align platform roadmap with team priorities and AI-enabled workflows.
• Draft specs, summarize feedback, and prototype data sources.
