Range is building AI-powered wealth management across investments, taxes, retirement, and estate, with a hyper-growth mindset. The Senior Data Analyst will partner with member experience, planners, investments, and finance to translate questions into actionable dashboards and analyses.

You will embed with teams, own dashboards, and tackle both fast-turnaround requests and deeper data work, with relocation discussions for candidates not based in the area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role embedded with business teams.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with a modern data stack including dbt, a cloud warehouse, and BI tools such as Sigma/Looker/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business units to understand work and turn questions into analyses.
• Build and maintain dashboards used for day-to-day decisions, setting standards for authoritative vs exploratory data.
• Tackle ad hoc questions with quick analyses or full investigations as needed.
