Job summary

AIApply Limited is seeking a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to own reporting across product, growth and revenue. You will build the dashboards everyone uses and run analyses that guide what we build and where we spend. You will also help make sense of the hiring-market data flowing through our platform.

You will design and interpret experiments, partner with engineering on event tracking and data quality, and deliver clear, decision-oriented recommendations to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years analytics experience required.
• Expert SQL.
• Hands-on BI dashboard building.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own core business and product reporting: acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and support metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting so teams can answer routine questions without you.
• Write complex SQL against production and warehouse data; keep metric definitions consistent and documented.
• Design and interpret experiments, and flag when a result is noise rather than signal.
• Partner with engineering on event tracking, data quality and pipeline improvements.
• Deliver clear, decision-oriented analyses with recommendations, not just charts.
