Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced exploratory and root-cause analysis across customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify drivers, trends and opportunities.
• Apply NLP/LLMs and AI techniques to accelerate insight generation from customer interactions.
• Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations with quantified impact.
• Validate outputs with data quality checks and business validation.
• Document analytical methodologies, definitions and data sources for repeatability.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive reports.
