Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 4+ years of relevant consulting or professional services experience.
• Proven experience leading projects or multiple workstreams with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong track record of performance, leadership and client impact.
• Advanced analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client projects end‑to‑end across structured and exploratory engagements.
• Own project delivery including problem framing, approach, outputs and timelines.
• Translate analysis into clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
• Manage senior client relationships and proactively handle stakeholders.
• Lead development of high‑quality materials and presentations for executives.
• Identify opportunities to extend engagements and grow client accounts.
• Contribute to firm growth and mentor junior consultants.
