Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years hands-on experience in a data-focused role (data analyst, data engineer, or data architect).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and pipeline development.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, AWS, or Snowflake.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing consulting.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full data lifecycle on client engagements, from pipelines to data architecture.
• Translate business questions into scalable data solutions and architectures.
• Manage clients and stakeholders, communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Help shape and grow a team of data engineers and consultants.
