Job summary

Campana & Schott, based in New York, seeks a Senior Data Consultant to drive data pipelines, schemas, and architectures for client engagements. You will work across the data lifecycle, translate business questions into scalable data solutions, and manage deliverables with a client-facing lens.

You will mentor a team of data engineers and consultants while engaging internal initiatives and using AI tools daily in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/DS or related field.
• 2-5 years in data-focused roles (analyst/engineer/architect).
• Programming skills in Python/SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to design AI-ready schemas and taxonomies.
• Strong communication for client-facing consulting.

Responsibilities

• Work across full data lifecycle on client engagements: pipelines, models, schemas.
• Translate business questions into scalable data solutions.
• Own key data deliverables and ensure high-quality results.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders, communicating clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to engagements end-to-end, including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Help shape and grow a data engineering/consulting practice.
• Leverage AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini).
• Collaborate across the U.S. organization on internal initiatives.
