You will own project planning, risk management, and client relationships, delivering results against complex business challenges in a dynamic, fast-growing consultancy.

You will represent JMAN's culture, set performance standards, and coach teams to ensure high-quality outcomes while actively contributing to internal initiatives and maintaining data security

Responsibilities

• Business strategy: deliver the strategic aims and objectives of the company.
• Business Development: pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities and build client relationships.
• Client management: establish partnerships, monitor satisfaction, manage expectations.
• Project Delivery: ensure end-to-end delivery, manage scope, budgeting, and timelines.
• People and Leadership: lead by example, coach teams, provide feedback and mentoring.
• Consultancy mindset: maintain a consulting approach, communicate with senior management, innovate with technology.
