Job summary

JMAN Group, a fast-growing data engineering and data science consultancy, seeks a Principal to lead client relationships, drive growth, and oversee delivery excellence across engagements in NYC. You will mentor teams, contribute to strategy, and work with senior leaders to translate vision into action, aiming to secure long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

You will build and expand strategic accounts, manage opportunities, and influence senior stakeholders while maintaining delivery quality

Qualifications

• Proven success in building and growing client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and business judgement.
• Experience generating revenue, developing opportunities or growing accounts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading teams, business functions or complex programmes of work.
• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills.
• A track record of delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements across projects and day-to-day work.
• Coach project leaders and remove barriers to success; ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop plans with Associate Partners and Partners to translate strategy into action.
• Generate billable revenue through personal delivery and achieve revenue targets.
