Job summary

Uni Systems in Kentucky seeks a Senior Business Consultant to join our Data Analytics and AI Unit. You will provide subject matter expertise in Data, Analytics and AI solution portfolio and work across the entire customer lifecycle from engagement and solution shaping to proposal management, project coordination, and successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will organize workshops, analyze business requirements, translate needs into solution specifications, and collaborate with architects,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in solutions management, presales, or technical consulting in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud domains.
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics platforms and concepts — BI, ML pipelines, or data engineering workflows.
• Knowledge of business, finance, and management principles with the ability to build and defend a business case.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business challenges, objectives, and requirements.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear solution requirements and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and Delivery Teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
• Support the shaping of Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate proposal, RFP, and bid response activities, ensuring customer requirements are fully addressed.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, solution overviews, and customer-facing deliverables.
• Monitor actions, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across projects and customer engagements.
• Support project delivery, business validation, and customer adoption activities.
• Contribute to internal best practices, reusable assets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
