Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics, eDiscovery, legal technology, AI, or comparable consulting services.
• Advanced understanding of Data Analytics concepts, tools, and workflows, including Relativity, Brainspace, Excel, and/or comparable technologies.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, including generative AI and its application to legal, eDiscovery, or data-intensive workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate AI use cases and advise clients and internal stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and appropriate implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to independently assess complex client and project situations, manage complex workflows, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary AI & Analytics point of contact for assigned clients, developing trusted relationships and a strong understanding of client goals, priorities, and needs.
• Anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and provide proactive guidance regarding priorities, timelines, and potential challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients evaluate AI & Analytics options and make informed decisions.
• Translate client objectives and project requirements into practical AI & Analytics strategies and workflows.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and appropriate implementation.
• Evaluate potential approaches and recommend alternatives when a requested solution is inefficient, impractical, or inconsistent with best practices.
• Manage complex AI & Analytics projects and workflows from strategy through execution when appropriate.
• Communicate complex AI, technical, and analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
