United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a business analytics consultant who partners with senior leaders to translate complex business needs into AI-enabled solutions. You will work directly with executives to understand decisions, frame problems, and mobilize data-driven approaches.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping with GenAI and collaboration across analytics, technology and product teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, or a similar decision-oriented business environment.
• Strong business curiosity and problem-solving ability.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical orientation and comfort working hands-on with data.
• Ability to move from business question → hypothesis → analysis → insight → decision/action.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business and the decision by engaging stakeholders to clarify objectives and economics.
• Challenge and structure problems by turning ambiguous issues into hypotheses and analyses.
• Use data to develop insights and translate findings into business implications.
• Rapidly prototype solutions using GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics and low-code/no-code tools.
• Orchestrate expertise by leveraging data scientists, engineers and domain experts as needed.
• Communicate findings in simple business language and translate recommendations into actions.
• Continuously learn by experimenting with emerging AI capabilities.
