Job summary

VYBOND SPECIALTY ADHESIVES LLC in Kentucky seeks a Senior D365 Technical Architect / Lead Developer to oversee the design, development, and stability of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.

You will lead X++ extensions, drive architectural guidance across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production Control, Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS), Warehouse Mobile App, and Production Floor Execution (PFE), and coordinate

Qualifications

Strong hands-on X++ development experience within Dynamics 365 F&O.
Experience designing and delivering architecture across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production Control, WMS and PFE.
Proven ability to lead distributed development teams and coordinate offshore/onshore resources.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and development within Dynamics 365 F&O for scalable solutions.
Provide architectural guidance across functional modules and integrations.
Design X++ extensions using extension-based model; ensure best practices.
Support Warehouse Mobile App and Production Floor Execution (PFE) features.
Mentor teams, coordinate DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and manage technical debt.
Oversee EDI integrations and external system interfaces.
Participate in governance, standards, and continuous improvement.
