Job summary

Catch Resource Management seeks a Manufacturing Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of D365 F&O manufacturing capabilities within a complex, multi-ERP landscape. This hands-on role collaborates across ERP, MES, integration and data teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in ERP solution architecture, deep D365 F&O manufacturing module expertise (Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management), and experience with multi-entity global ERP

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture or functional leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) manufacturing modules: Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management.
• Experience supporting or integrating with MES systems.
• Strong understanding of discrete and/or process manufacturing, supply chain and inventory flows, multi-entity, global ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end manufacturing processes in D365, including Production planning (MPS/MRP) and Production Control.
• Define scalable solutions for multi-site, multi-entity manufacturing operations and inventory/warehouse integration.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications, and architecture artifacts.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and long-term ERP strategy; provide expert guidance on system design and implementation.
• Promote Dynamics capability within the business and drive adoption across the organization.
• Define training needs and coach other team members; identify risks and communicate accordingly.

We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of manufacturing capabilities within our clients global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform.

This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end manufacturing solutions across a complex, multi-ERP landscape, including the transition of acquired manufacturing businesses onto D365. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in discrete and/or process manufacturing, strong functional knowledge of D365, and the ability to partner across business and IT to deliver scalable, standardized solutions.

This is a hands‑on architecture role requiring both strategic thinking and execution, with close collaboration across ERP, MES, integration, and data teams.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture or functional leadership roles
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) manufacturing modules:
• Production Control
• Master Planning (MRP/MPS)
• Inventory Management
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments (life sciences, medical device, or regulated industries preferred)
• Experience supporting or integrating with MES systems
• Strong understanding of:

• Provide expert guidance on business system design and implementation
• Effectively promote Dynamics capability within the business ensuring further adoption throughout the business
• Define training needs within the team and coach other team members
• Meet and exceed the businesses expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour
• Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
• Ensure Dynamics updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
