Job summary

Hitachi Solutions is a leading partner for Microsoft technologies, seeking a Senior Solution Architect, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, to drive enterprise-scale transformations. You will work with executives, delivery teams, and Microsoft partners to align business goals with scalable architectures and secure, future-ready technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or related field.
10+ years ERP consulting or solution architecture experience, with at least 5+ years on Dynamics 365 F&O.
Led at least five full-cycle ERP implementations with architecture leadership.
Deep functional expertise across SCM, procurement, manufacturing, and finance in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Experience governing enterprise architecture, integrations, data migration, security, and deployment planning.
Working knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, Copilot, and related integrations.
Strong executive presence with experience with C-level stakeholders and presales.
MB-700/MB-600 and AI Business Solutions certs preferred.
Experience evaluating third-party ISV solutions within D365 F&O.

Responsibilities

Define solution strategies that align business objectives with scalable architectures.
Lead architecture governance and drive program strategies across lifecycle.
Collaborate with executives, delivery teams, and partners from presales to post-go-live.
Oversee data migration, security, environment management, and deployment readiness.
Identify risks and steer technical direction to meet client objectives.
Support pursuit efforts with solution envisioning and proposals.
Provide leadership across active delivery engagements.
Facilitate workshops and present architectural recommendations to executive audiences.
