We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Manufacturing industry to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications, particularly within manufacturing operations including production planning, supply chain, inventory, procurement, shop floor execution, quality management, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations within manufacturing environments.
- Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and related Microsoft technologies.
- Work closely with manufacturing business leaders to understand business processes, operational challenges, and transformation objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Architect solutions across: Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Asset Management, Demand Forecasting, Supply Chain Operations.
- Lead integration architecture between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
- Provide guidance on data migration, system performance optimization, security, governance, and compliance.
- Drive solution blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, technical design documentation, and implementation strategy.
- Mentor developers, consultants, and functional teams throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Skill set requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementations with at least 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
- Good expertise in MS D365 F&O, SCM and Manufacturing business processes.
- Hands‑on experience implementing Dynamics 365 solutions in manufacturing organizations.
- Good understanding of: Production planning and scheduling, Discrete and/or process manufacturing, Lean manufacturing concepts, Inventory and warehouse operations, Supply chain optimization.
- Good knowledge of: Solution architecture principles, Enterprise application integration, Cloud technologies and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
