Job summary

Vybond is seeking an experienced Senior D365 Technical Architect / Lead Developer to oversee the technical design, development, and ongoing stability of our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform across production control, WMS, Warehouse Mobile App, and Production Floor Execution.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong X++ development skills, architectural vision, and the ability to coordinate onshore and offshore teams, while aligning initiatives with manufacturing goals and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on X++ development within Dynamics 365 F&O.
Experience with Production Control, WMS, Warehouse Mobile App, and PFE.
Experience with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
Experience designing or supporting EDI and external system integrations.
Understanding of batch framework and high-volume transaction processing in manufacturing ERP.
Experience leading distributed development teams.
Familiarity with multi-environment governance (DEV, UAT, PROD).

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and development within D365 F&O.
Provide architectural guidance across modules (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production Control, WMS, PFE).
Design and develop X++ extensions using extension-based model.
Extend and support Warehouse Mobile App workflows and PFE functionality.
Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams; resolve blockers.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines with DevOps.
Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and cutover activities.
Participate in cross-functional planning and initiatives.
