Job summary
Shimadzu Scientific Instruments is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to guide design, configuration, implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service solutions. You will provide senior technical leadership across the full lifecycle, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, SI partners, and vendors.
You will help ensure platforms, data flows, and processes are scalable, secure, and aligned with company objectives and IT
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
- Seven+ years leading enterprise CRM/Field Service implementations.
- Three+ years with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Field Service).
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Experience with AI-enabled technologies in Dynamics 365 and governance practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution design for Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service.
- Translate requirements into scalable, secure solution designs.
- Provide senior technical leadership from discovery through deployment.
- Review configurations, integrations, and data migration approaches.
- Guide governance, environments, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
