Job summary

Catch Resource Management is seeking a Manufacturing Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of manufacturing capabilities within the D365 F&O platform across a complex, multi-ERP landscape, including migrating acquired businesses to D365.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in ERP solution architecture, deep D365 F&O manufacturing module expertise (Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management), and a proven ability to partner with business and IT to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture or functional leadership roles.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) manufacturing modules: Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management.
Experience in manufacturing environments (life sciences, medical device, or regulated industries preferred).
Experience supporting or integrating with MES systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of end-to-end manufacturing processes in D365, including MPS/MRP and Production Control.
Manage Inventory and warehouse integration; define scalable multi-site, multi-entity manufacturing solutions.
Translate business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications, and architecture artifacts.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and long-term ERP strategy.
Provide expert guidance on business system design and implementation; promote Dynamics capability within the business.
Define training needs within the team and coach other team members.
