Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with governance, risk, and compliance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory environments.
• Experience with privacy, audits, and security certification programs in complex orgs.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management and security operations collaboration.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity governance, policy development, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance security frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage enterprise risk programs, including risk assessments, reporting, and remediation planning.
• Oversee vendor and third-party security review processes.
• Support incident response, cyber readiness exercises, and security maturity initiatives.
• Drive data privacy and data protection strategies, including data classification and handling practices.
• Partner cross-functionally with technology, legal, procurement, and executive leadership teams.
• Develop security awareness and training programs to improve organizational cyber readiness.
• Mentor and lead cybersecurity and compliance team members.
