Job summary

GlassHouse Systems, an enterprise security solutions provider, seeks a seasoned pre-sales engineer to lead security discussions with enterprise clients in the US. You will translate business needs into robust security architectures and proposals, and support MSS delivery teams across engagements.

Engage CISOs and technical buyers, craft market-driven offerings, respond to RFPs, and build trusted relationships. A deep understanding of threats, regulations, and vendor ecosystems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS with cybersecurity focus - MUST HAVE
• 5+ years IT/cybersecurity with presales/architecture exposure - MUST HAVE
• Proven experience presenting to executives and technical teams - MUST HAVE
• Experience with MSSP/SOC operations and 24/7 monitoring - MUST HAVE
• Knowledge of cloud security and multiple vendor ecosystems - MUST HAVE
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/GIAC are highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with security leaders and executives
• Identify expansion opportunities for professional services and MSS
• Design and architect security solutions across services and delivery models
• Translate security challenges into compelling technical value propositions
• Collaborate to develop market-driven security offerings and RFP responses
• Develop SOWs, technical blueprints, and security ROI models
• Stay current on threats, regulations, and vendor offerings
