Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager to strengthen governance and control oversight across the organization. You will shape and mature our cybersecurity program, translating frameworks into practical standards, controls, and scalable ways of working for all teams.

In this senior role, you’ll advance Continuous Control Monitoring, partner with stakeholders to remediate gaps, and explore AI, automation, and reporting

Qualifications

Experience leading GRC programs and security governance.
Ability to translate frameworks into practical controls.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CCM or continuous monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities
