Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager in Virginia. You will strengthen governance, translate frameworks into practical standards, and lead second-line control oversight.

You will advance CCM, drive remediation, and explore AI-enabled governance with cross-functional collaboration across cybersecurity, technology, and compliance. Remote/onsite options apply for approved locations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work or education-related experience.
• Typically requires 7 years of cybersecurity experience or related experience in IT, Compliance, or Audit.
• Expertise leveraging established GRC frameworks and applying them in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature GRC programs, processes, standards, and guidelines across the enterprise.
• Establish second-line oversight of cybersecurity controls and drive remediation.
• Support regulatory examinations and coordinate evidence, findings, and responses.
• Operationalize frameworks into practical, actionable operating practices.
