Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager to strengthen governance and control oversight for member data and financial assets. You will shape the GRC program, implement second-line oversight, and advance CCM with automation and AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate across Cybersecurity, Compliance, IAM, and Architecture, driving remediation and reporting while maturing the enterprise's cybersecurity maturity and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of cybersecurity, IT, Compliance, or Audit experience.
• Expertise with FFIEC, GLBA, PCI/DSS, SOX, and NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve GRC programs, processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Mature second-line oversight of cybersecurity controls.
• Support regulatory examinations with evidence and remediation.
• Translate frameworks into practical standards and operating practices.
• Build Continuous Control Monitoring and dashboards.
• Drive automation using AI, Power Platform, and workflow tools.
• Influence across cybersecurity, IT, Compliance, and Architecture.
• Represent cybersecurity in AI governance discussions.
• Evolve standards in response to regulatory changes.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates.
• Perform other duties to support GRC objectives.
