Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager to strengthen governance, controls, and oversight across the cybersecurity program. You will translate frameworks into practical standards, drive second-line oversight, and advance CCM, automation, and risk reporting.

This role requires collaborating across Cybersecurity, Compliance, and technology teams and may involve remote/hybrid work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred).
• 7 years of cybersecurity experience or related IT/Compliance/Audit work.
• Expertise with FFIEC, GLBA, PCI-DSS, SOX, NIST CSF and other applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Shape Cybersecurity Governance and mature GRC programs.
• Establish second-line control oversight and risk remediation.
• Support regulatory examinations (NCUA, Washington State DFI) with evidence and responses.
• Operationalize frameworks into practical standards and operating practices.
• Advance Continuous Control Monitoring with automation and dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Cybersecurity, Compliance, and technology teams.
• Contribute to responsible AI governance initiatives.
