Job summary

BECU seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager to strengthen governance, controls, and oversight across the enterprise. You’ll partner with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and technology teams to translate regulatory expectations into practical standards and scalable practices.

You’ll advance CCM, modernize GRC with automation and AI, and drive metrics that show control health and risk. This senior contributor role demands broad influence and deep domain expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, CS or related field.
• 7 years of cybersecurity/IT compliance or audit experience.
• Experience applying FFIEC, GLBA, PCI-DSS, SOX, NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature GRC programs, standards and guiding disciplines.
• Lead second‑line oversight and drive remediation with owners.
• Support regulatory examinations and evidence coordination.
• Translate frameworks and compliance requirements into practical controls.
